Hager Engineering is providing the
structural engineering for the historic
preservation, historic renovation
(rehab) and reconstruction of several
historic landmark buildings in Western NY.
Fountain Arts Center, Belmont, NY
Formerly the "Belmont Hotel", built in 1890.
Under the direction of the State Historical
Preservation Office and the National Parks
Service, Hager is providing the structural
engineering for the renovation and
reconstruction of this beautiful three story
brick landmark.
Alfred University Welcome & Visitor Center
at the Fasano House, Alfred, NY
Hager provided structural engineering
services for
the renovation & reconstruction of the
former Delta Sigma Phi fraternity house,
built in the 1830's, on the corner of main
and Pine Street.
Cohen Center for the Arts, Alfred, NY
Hager provided structural engineering
services for
the renovation & reconstruction of this
Victorian-era house owned by Alfred
University. The Cohen Center for the Arts is
located in the former Zeta Beta Tau
fraternity on Main Street in Alfred.
